Oh, also,
#mindfulness has the strange effect of making the time in which I practice it seem to NOT go racing by. If I miss mindfulness for weeks at a time, those weeks are the kind that "zipped by"—if I practice, I can recall the weeks more clearly & w/ a sense of satisfaction.2 replies 0 retweets 4 likes
