@calm I'm wondering if you've ever done a gratitude meditation with the negative visualization technique (e.g. visualizing losing your job/possessions/senses)? Have found it to be a helpful practice doing it on my own, but have never seen a guided version with Calm or elsewhere.

Imagination/Visualization techniques aren’t typically part of the teachings we offer, however we appreciate learning about what works for you. Thanks for sharing! It reminds us of the beautiful story, The Giving Tree by Shel Silverstein. 2/2
