@calm I am writing as I have recently been given a yearly subscription when only I wanted was a monthly one. I contacted the support team and was redirected to iTunes where it says the refund for this transaction is not possible. I don't know who to reach out to at this moment.
Hey Jatin, sadly if you subscribed via iTunes, it is apple who will need to manage your subscription. If they refused, I would try again and report another problem explaining the wrong subscription type went through. Keep us in the loop
