I have not slept in my own bed for seven nights. I am living predominantly off crisps and toast. I am off on a 26 hour flight to Australia in two days. Self-care and book tours don't mix.

So true. Just try to maintain structure in any little way you can. I always bring the same lavender candle I burn before bedtime so it smells like home. Maybe squeeze a few minutes of yoga or meditation in every day. And pick up a bloody meal deal mate! Don’t let yourself slide x

Yeah little familiar things I can take with me really make a difference. I got the
@calm app and I use it for meditations or to play lovely wave sounds on a travel speaker/light. I set it to a warm orange glow that I’m used to seeing every night. Got it on right now in fact
