I’ve been using the app sporadically. I’m looking for guided mindfulness to use with middle schoolers (ages 11-14). Does calm have a plan to create something for this age group, or can you point me in the right direction to find what I’m looking for?

Hey Natalie! Have you checked out the Calm Kids section in the Meditate tab? There are a few appropriate for this age group as a starting point to meditation!

But is there something I can use daily with them after they have the basics?

The Body Scan, Winnie the Pooh series, some of the Relationships with Others Series is a great place to start!

Yes. I’ve seen those. I really like the Loving Kindness set too. But the 7 days/21 days and daily calms are definitely geared toward adults. Specific examples given are about drinking, smoking, bosses, co-workers, partners... is there anything with kid-friendly examples?

Not currently, but I'm passing this onto the team as perhaps we can remodel this as a series that's age appropriate! Thank you so much for your feedback
