This morning I parked my car and instead of heading straight into work I walked a lap of the office site whilst doing a 10 minute @Calm walking meditation. By 6:30am I've already hit 3 of @drchatterjeeuk's 4 pillars (relax, move, sleep) I'm going to do this regularly
