@callum_mccaig I think it's so if Scotland cuts tax in order to promote consumer spending, Scotland benefits from the higher VAT receipts -
@greggerswilliam Not convinced of correlation between income (&council) tax on consumer spending. Better ways of ensuring accountability. -
