I disagree, Never!!!! thats what the media wants us to believe. Look at economic data and compare it with that of BRICS and of other African States ,spot the difference. And mind you the SA economy has to seriously restructure to include more blacks and other grps.

If u can look critical to the GDP growth rate , % of population growth also look at inequalities Government debt and savings u will realize otherwise see the expected trend
