@calestous would disagree, tariffs are on a range of crops - mainly non GMO & fabrics. Protectionism makes reliance on aid not trade.pic.twitter.com/VB45Boac13

Can disagree all he likes but it's a fact that banning the import of GM crops does damage African farmers especially in Uganda and Nigeria
