@conradhackett Twitter will tell you to tell them if they're violating their policy. So you have to keep an eye on them.
@calestous I filled out form on the account using my picture but then they wanted me to send photo id and other materials. Too much hassle.
@conradhackett I have sent the photo ID to confirm my identity but the onus of policing actual impersonation still rests with me.
