@calestous The question is capacity building. When we formed UNISCOO we emailed AU, never got a response. We needed a partnership. -
@ondiekijunior I do not think AU is a capacity-building body. There are other better suited for this. -
@calestous What good is AU for if it doesnt have an agenda, no political outcomes, no subsidiary bodies. Isnt it moribund then?
