.@MoonofA pointed out way back in July 2018 that the OPCW Douma report omitted the *levels* of chlorinated organic chemicals found on the scene, meaning they could be levels you'd find in any industrialized area. OPCW leaks show this to have been the case.

Narrative managers like @Bellingcat founder @EliotHiggins have been using the OPCW's report on chlorinated organic chemicals to make the case that chlorine gas was used in Douma. From memory, it was worrying that the time lapse between the interim report that stated no Sarin & final report was very long. That, for me , was alarming at the time . I hope that a whistleblower also surfaces regarding the skripal case. My Gratitude to the whistleblowers.
Thanks for pointing this out. As an analytical chemist, I find OPCW not reporting quantitative measurement values for their Douma analysis to be improper. Testing methods can be extremely sensitive, so reporting the actual measurements is essential for trustworthiness.
If you pour chlorine, which is a household product, on the ground, you will have chlorinated organic compounds
