Nice! I did a lot of research into the concentration of Theodosian Solidi (namely from Valentinian III) on the island for my book.
It seems that Suiones were heavily recruited by Aetius for the army, probably circumventing Roman treaty stipulations with the Huns.
The Romans weren't allowed to recruit from peoples within Hunnic territory, and the Huns conquered much of Barbaricum. But not the Baltic.

Do we find the Anastasian solidi in scattered finds or in hoards as well?
