@CatherineEsse Yes, it's by no means perfect---v dodgy on villages and Louth too re:preWWII. Better on more modern stuff, perhaps? -
@caitlinrgreen looks to work better in areas with large homogenously-aged blocks. Even then, large errors apparent. Nice colours tho' ;)

Would be interesting to overlay the flooding plains with the age of the housing stock ?
