Forgive my ignorance but what I am seeing in that photograph looks considerably more recent than 15th century.
The sculpture certainly is (Hepworth, mid 20thC), but the tower is 15thC, built 1410–1434:https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1143424 …
