  PRC, a member of the UNSC with veto power, is backing the Burmese government for geo-strategic reasons. They are building a huge naval base at #Kyaukphyu on the Rakhine coast (where the Rohingya used to live) at the end of their gas/oil pipeline. #OBOROWOH
