Not only not enough time, there are no idenpendant powers in Venezuela, proven so many times, how do you ever expect to run fair elections when the party in government run the electoral, justice, intirior and exterior affairs, all the provincial and municipal governmets?
Any elections in these conditions are not only a joke but a supportive movement to a governmnt that violate the most basic human rights of Venezuelans.
