  Look at the stuff the Great Man Kim Jong-un has to endure. Thousands of foreign troops loitering on his border & constant menacing war games. He sees the U.S. reneging on deals ( Iran ) & invading & toppling govts ( Iraq, Libya, Syria ). The man is not a dotard.

  Diplomacy means sitting down and talking with the other side: not organizing a meeting to discuss how to best clobber the other side. Iraq, Libya and Syria gave up their weapons of mass destruction programs. Look what that got them. North Korea may have a valid a point.
