More can and must be done to ensure everyone can grow old with dignity in Canada. Our Liberal government will invest to create more beds, improve facilities, ramp up infection prevention, and help seniors living at home.
This builds on the actions we have taken since the fall to help Canadians. This week, older seniors will receive a one-time payment of $500 to help them at a time in life when they may need a bit more support. We are moving forward – for everyone.
