Great plan, but this program does not work for low income people who can’t come up with funds to cover the bulk of the improvements. This is another way society stomps on poor people. Interest rates are another way—higher for the poor. I could go on…

If you look at their votes, the PC and the LPC have almost an identical track record. Want someone who isn't just giving you words, vote NDP! The LPC cares until they pass laws that they hope you won't look into. Laws that often contradict what they said they would do!
