Oh, firefighters. So we've just given up on trying to fix this, have we? For goodness sake Chrystia, look around. Everything is flying to hell and simpering half-measures aren't going to cut it.

The military were sent there weeks ago. The Canadian gov has partnered with firefighters from other countries. No half measures about it. There are 110 fires burning in Ontario as well.

How about not building a tar sands pipeline, stop subsidising O&G, and bettering Harper's weak targets. You've squandered two mandates with nothing to show but a too small and late to matter carbon tax. The future deserves so much better.
