The social housing covers all stratification. They are capturing the homeless well through provincial policy in BC, but everyone above homeless and the rich that does not currently own a home is suffering.

Central Bank zero-rate interest policy and house prices are directly correlated. BOC zero-rate interest policies cause reckless investment speculation, housing bubbles, unaffordable housing and as a result, skyrocketing rental prices. That's the cause, not "supply".
