        Not in Algoma they can't. They're still at 50+ Ms Freeland. The whole province is not as the same stage as southern Ontario. Messaging matters and saying it is now 18+ for the province of Ontario is a lie. There are public health regions that are still in Phase 2.

        She's repeating what the Ontario Health Minister said publicly today - Ontario is open to 18+. If some areas are lagging behind that's a provincial and municipal matter, not the feds.
