  We need a budget that addresses the medical, PPE, basic living costs, reopening/closing costs associated with staying covidZero after vaccination. We can't risk a vaccine-evasive variant. This is a real ongoing threat @cafreeland @montrealjag and will be for some time to come.

  I think Australia and New Zealand can provide a sound model for what being without Covid is like and financial benefits from being covidZero gives us better leverage when it comes to futures. Covid mutates.
