Our growing debt will lead to bankruptcy of Canada. Way too much spending. Wait till interest rates move up, we are done.
-
Well actually no. Since interest rates are low right now, now is the time to borrow. If interest rates go up, you can lend out at a higher rate, and turn a profit. If they are going to invest in affordable housing infrastructure, it makes economic sense to do so now.

But how are you going to build these ? Could you please make sure that these houses are built green with the environment in mind such as solar panels on all their roofs. We cannot afford to have any more houses that are so detrimental to our precious landscape.
-
We are ready ! We are small builders and we’ve been having a hard time getting funding for net zero container homes under $375k ( 3brm/2bth). We have a design also for single Mon or Dad for under $250k all net zero with solar energy and thermal space heating.
