To help the hardest-hit businesses pivot back to growth, we propose a new Canada Recovery Hiring Program, which will run from June to November and will make it easier for businesses to hire back laid-off workers or to bring on new ones.

Probably most of your policies have hurt small business. Remember their "tax cheats" Somehow theyre difficulties are hiring layer off workers?!? They're laid off due to poor economic conditions. I'm sure they'd rehire on their own with better economic policy. Ignoring the facts
