Here is our goal: Five years from now, parents across the country should have access to high quality early learning and child care, for an average of $10 a day.

If the cost at point of delivery can be reduced to $10/day why can't it be reduced to $0/day?

The workers that do this work need to be paid well. They do some of the hardest and most important work and we will need to pay into this to ensure the workers get paid what they deserve.

That's amazing and long overdue. We know we would never see this with conservatives in power. I'd like to see it happen sooner for women and families and, I don't have kids. Quality childcare is an important Canadian value. Thank you!
