Oh, Chrystia, please know that Premier’s words did nothing for our province today. Health Min. saying our “iron ring” are vaccines was obscene, trying to absolve them of any other accountability. Please don’t think we are happy with these half hearted provincial measures

My sense is that the DPM heard his hollow words & wishes they could do a lot more. Imo a minority govt is too hamstrung re: prov-fed jurisdictions in this unprecedented public health crisis. Stellar govt tho. Sadly, the only ones not “in this together”are the prov. conservatives.

It was a stay-at-home plea. That's it. Materially, nothing has changed. Other than schools being closed longer, how is anything different really? Genuine question. No sick leave for essential workers. No evictions exemption. Iron ring around LTC homes? Give me a break.

Well, now the cops can write you a big fat fine if they feel like you are out without an "essential" reason. So, that's special and great for people on reduced income
