I am deeply saddened to learn that an SA Energy employee, working on the Trans Mountain Expansion project, has died. First and foremost, my thoughts are with the worker’s loved ones, friends, and colleagues. This incident is tragic and unacceptable.

It was a work place accident? My sincere condolences. You know what’s unacceptable - this: The coroner's office has already begun investigating one privately run long-term care home that had a high number of COVID-19 deaths — the CHSLD Herron in Dorval, in Montreal's West Island.

Care homes are provincial jurisdiction...not federal. This is for the provincial premier, not her.
