As we begin to safely reopen our economies, we are supporting Canadians by making changes to the EI program, introducing new income support benefits, & extending CERB by an additional 4 weeks. It looks like I will not qualify for any of the new benefits, I would like to say thanks for extending the CERB for 4 more weeks, I hope I can find full time employment before the end of September.

While I agree life is hard out there for low income. Minimum wage has increased 28.6% over the past 3 years in BC. I can tell you anyone making more than minimum wage has not seen that kind of income increase.
