"A United Nations tribunal has ordered Russia Saturday to return 24 captured sailors and three ships to Ukraine it seized last year." It was not supposed to be an "exchange". Russia was supposed to released captured sailors unconditionally - but recklessly ignored the intnl. law

Russia did not release them. Zelensky paid for them. We just dont know yet how high the cost will be. Did he give away Crimea? Will he drop court cases against the RF? Will he try to push through unacceptable constitutional changes?
