Today, you and your government support the murderous communist regime of Cuba, so chances are you wouldn't have uttered a word of condemnation (let alone rescuing anybody) during Holodomor. Words after the fact are meaningless if your actions point to a different direction.

My grandfather too! As a child I knew he had come from Ukraine in the early 1920s. I asked him where in Ukraine. He said a small village not too far from Kiyev. "What village?" I asked. "All gone.", he said. "All gone." Later I learned about the Holodomor. Never trust Russia.
