Is the Canadian government's treatment of indigenous people - including ramming a pipeline through the lands and waters they protect and rely upon for life - not a hate crime? Is it truly just profit-motivated? How can this country discriminate against its first people so?

I guess all those bands that signed onto the pipeline and have profit sharing don't agree with you. Actually they want the pipeline as their only source of revenue to lift themselves out of poverty.
