My grandmother (age 50), her son/my uncle (age 8), my great-grandmother (83) were murdered in the gas chambers of Auschwitz. My grandfather (49) died at Auschwitz before liberation. My 2 teenage aunts survived Auschwitz. I have been to Yad Vashem. I bawled.
