        This is the conspiracy theory being made. Don't go to Hamilton if you want to believe it. Did you know that Canada has 18 trade actions (10 AD & 8 CVD) on Chinese steel, 8 against S. Korea? Canada has steel producers too who want to keep Chinese steel out.
