2) Bay Meadows II was approved a decade ago
3) 480 E. 4th is largely possible via a state housing law that Papan opposed

Even more important than these phantom 450 affordable housing units is the fact that San Mateo has built around just 4,500 new homes in the past 3 decades, yet our high schools graduate 1,200-1,400 new students every year π
Well obviously they should just live where they can afford to, like I did back in 1950 back when I bought my house for the onion on my belt.
