Correct. Dorier's was a major reason I invested. Chris Trew was an unknown at the time. Bet was a Bitcoin Core dev that worked on SegWit could do something or anything worth more than the $700K valuation the ICO, absurdly low, given LISK had just ICO'd at 10X+ higher valuation.https://twitter.com/peterhaymond/status/933822254294560768 …

Please do not invest based on which dev work on what, do your own due diligence. A team is only small part of what is needed for success.

I disagree. Devs are a large factor (though not the sole factor) as to whether a project will succeed or not.

I just freak out when people invest because of me. I work time to time with stratis because there is very cool projects, competent C# devs, good community, and paid, not because I expect for its price to raise. (I am Bitcoin maximalist)

As investors, it is our responsibility to manage our own risk, not yours. No responsible investor would’ve invested an amount in the Stratis ICO, that would’ve ruined them had Stratis failed.

that's why maximalism, for whatever crypto, is at best, a very limited perspective. think #cryptoassets, diversification, and managing risk. there's a reason why successful investors win BIGLY.
