if you don’t understand that term then you don’t understand laws.
tough luck. Power abhors a vacuum. there will always be nodes and super nodes of power. deal with it.

there are few startups looking at the BIG PICTURE of blockchains, cryptos, & DAGs.
#Tenx#COMIT is one of the fewhttps://youtu.be/xULhohcCRKE -
What are you talking about? How are you suggesting I'm against any coins? I'm in favor of tons of ppl working on ways to control crypto.
-
my original point is: sensible regulations that adapt to tech will reduce friction in crypto adoption. but not disappear altogether.
-
Well this is still wrong in my view, but not so wrong that it's worth debating.
-
the essence of my point is this: codes are for machines. laws are for humans. if you want to follow codes instead of laws, be a machine.
-
Let's just end w/ your clarified definition that we are pretty much on the same page & team. :)

what are you even talking about? Are you saying that the US gov is a node, & we should support that super node in crypto?
-
i’m not saying that we *should*. i’m describing how it *could* likely happen, with our without our approval. because Power abhors a vacuum.
-
Well that's a different convo. You said it "can't" happen without government regulation.
-
that’s not what I said. here’s what i said.https://twitter.com/c4chaos/status/916692222791245825 …

sensible regulations don’t mean adding more regulations. it means embracing and adapting by retiring old regulations that no longer apply.
-
well, that's why I kept saying define 'sensible regulations'. When ppl say 'we need sensible gun regs' it means adding more regulations.
-
In fact, you are the first person I've encountered that thought 'sensible regs' doesn't mean adding more regs that are "sensible".
-
if you don’t want the word “sensible”, substitute “reasonable.” “reasonableness” is the bedrock of human laws.
