scaling "could" have been done with a simple change: 3 lines code, this was discussed back in 2009 and never implemented - 3 lines of code

Satoshi said that one day that maybe possible; PayPal 2.0 VISA currently @ 45000 TX/s. About 10 yrs later & Bitcoin is still stuck @ 10 TX/s
