so either Satoshi Nakamoto's design for #Bitcoin was really bad that it needed to be modified, or Core Devs just didn't care about the specs https://twitter.com/ProfFaustus/status/914451292474494977 …
look at your tweet. you’re the one who opined on what Bitcoin is. i just quoted Satoshi to point out that it’s MORE THAN MONEY.

-
programmable money = / = digital cash. programmable means smart contracts, applications & transaction protocols that are not yet designed
-
so why the Satoshi use that title in the white paper? https://bitcoin.org/bitcoin.pdf
-
my point is: Satoshi had already designed Bitcoin for smart contracts, multisigs, escrows, etc. but no mention of L2 scaling. go figure.
-
so either Satoshi was so naive not to anticipate the scaling problem, or that he believed that scaling can be done ON CHAIN.
-
and that is the essence of the scaling debate between
#Bitcoin Core and#BitcoinCash.#SegWit2X will be a Frankenfork, if it ever forks
