Apparently, that is just what the IOTA Foundation has tricked you into believing. Here I have evidence of that actually never being the plan. I'm sorry they lied to you. Do you understand that I have been trying to protect people like you from this?https://twitter.com/ercwl/status/996204967760457730?s=19 …

Eric Wall @ercwlUpdate on IOTA: co-founder confirms what I've been saying all along. IOTA will *NEVER* be secure using the current security model. Instead, they are migrating to another one, for which there's NO available information on how it's supposed to work, and they refuse to disclose any. https://twitter.com/c___f___b/status/996006974188867584 …Show this thread3 replies 0 retweets 1 like -
who cares! eric, you see lies and deceit behind every tree someone hurt you pretty bad, they lied to you a long time and you fell for it, hard you now have a deficit of trust trusting too much, gullibility, is a real problem, true so is a pathological level of distrust eric

All the people who invested in IOTA based on the false claims made by its founders care. I have hundreds of messages from people personally thanking me for showing what the lies were, and how IOTA is centralized and have no viable decentralized model. Let's go further than your accusations. Let's say: the security model of
#IOTA is completely overhauled. It's growing pains. All of#DLT is in its infancy, there are many twists coming. On the basis of your harsh paranoid standards, you need to give up on the entire#DLT space1 reply 0 retweets 1 like -
I follow DLT projects where the people working on solutions are honest and transparent. IOTA is not only non-functional, but also opaque and deceitful, sometimes outright malicious, and its community is either dumb or toxic. Therefore I will give up on IOTA in particular.

by your opinion
$IOTA is: - non-functional - opaque, deceitful - community is dumb, toxic - a scam FACTS: - IF is a regulated entity in Germany - global corporates already doing test beds - big names in IoT are IF members - community is coming up with use cases facts > opinion

In a perfect world, the things you wrote would have been mutually exclusive, but sadly, we don't live in a perfect world.

in a perfect world, we’d have an accurate and agreed upon definition of “decentralization.” sadly, #decentralization is being thrown around like everyone understands it. @bytemaster7 nailed it.https://twitter.com/bytemaster7/status/966882352994516992?s=20 …

You are trying to make IOTA seem legit by blurring lines. I can offer you a very simple requirement. In a decentralized cryptocurrency, the confirmation of transactions are independent of the actions of a single entity. Most cryptocurrencies pass this requirement, IOTA does not.

not blurring the lines. my view is that the *entire* crypto space is still a proof of concept running high on speculation and idealization of the concept of “decentralization.” by your definition,
$EOS is decentralized. so when$IOTA Coo is turned off, is it decentralized?0 replies 1 retweet 7 likes
