I was just wondering yesterday, if the subtitles were already integrated on http://media.ccc.de , and I was bad at finding the option, so this is wonderful news \o/
Did you find them? On the right side in the video player, there is the "CC" button if subtitles are available. You can check which talks have subtitles at https://c3subtitles.de or http://mirror.selfnet.de which is the primary source.

Yes, I just checked! I had occasionally looked for them on http://media.ccc.de before the feature became available, ever since I knew they existed (and had contributed a little myself). Having them discoverable and easily accessible on http://media.ccc.de is wonderful :)

Of course, now I am beginning to dream of being able to filter for only videos that have language x and subtitles z ;)
