Patterson-Gimlin film: 1967. First camera phone sold: 2000. Odd how we're all walking around with objects to record every event we see, and yet Bigfoot sightings are going down, not up.pic.twitter.com/DRCMSEDZEP

But linking Bigfoot (and the Loch Ness Monster and the Flood) with Ancient Aliens has seen a manifold increase.

Too many people taking selfies that’s why Big Foot is still at large and undocumented by phone footage🤔

My favorite fact to share with students is that more people impersonating Bigfoot have been hit by cars than Bigfoots:https://www.cnn.com/2012/08/28/us/montana-big-foot-accident/index.html …

Oh man, that's a Darwin award there. Man wears a Ghillie *camouflage* suit steps out onto the road, and is hit by two cars.

I miss all those grainy photos of Bigfoot, aliens, UFOs which showed the broad spectrum of mythological beings living amongst us. I was living in a fairy tale and then came camera phones and part of the magic is gone. When people started to travel was similar extinction event.

Going down? Says who? Wheres your source? Maybe bigfoot existed & went extinct? If you did one minute of research you would see that sightings have gone up drastically! You dont have to believ, but what you said is simply false. Will you correct yourselfhttps://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/09/21/bigfoot-sightings-map-josh-stevens_n_3967703.html …

Same goes for UFOs, miracles and giant sea monsters. Funny how that works.
