I wish the Dark Mode toggle on iOS 13 was top-level in the Control Center. It feels important enough not to just be buried in the long-press menu for the Brightness slider.

Kinda yeah. It has a nice animation in Control Centre that shows what they are going for; more like a mirror of contrast.

Interesting that during the event they’d refer to it as Dark Mode but name it Dark Appearance in the system. Normally that would be a little “eh” but since I’m so used to Apple’s consistency...!
