So @UPS_UK arrive with package demanding £11.31 VAT plus £11 "fee" but can't tell me how that has been calculated from goods worth £23.54

@kingspoons @UPS_UK Fee is annoying, but it's claiming VAT of £11.31 on something that costs £23 which is tantamount to fraud.
