@GriddleOctopus It is absolutely crazy - and it looks like there's no recourse (i.e. no refund) although I'd really just prefer to play it.
Anyone know where I can download a pirated version of Splinter Cell: Blacklist, a game I bought legitimately but cannot play thanks to DRM?

@hanknova You can't resume a save game if uPlay isn't logged in - so not ideal for the Surface (which it runs very well on).
