The Splinter Cell: Blacklist offline issue is this: if you load the game offline you can't continue from your saved game. Which is handy.

@byronicman Ubisoft started that mess with Assassin's Creed 2. I couldn't continue my previous saves unless I was logged onto XBL. Annoying!
