Hermes delivered me a parcel once. It wasn't for me. It had someone else's name & address on it, who lived a couple of miles away. Somehow they'd reused a tracking number that was once mine & their system got confused. It took me 6 months to convince them to take it back...

(I'd got it to the correct address already, within a day or so, but I just wanted to see if they'd ever admit their mistake & collect it... they just kept saying "hm, but the system says it's been delivered!", and I'd say "yes, that's the problem!", repeat forever...)

Nightmare. It's the lack of responsibility I can't abide. They expect me to call the police about an item they claim they left. I hope their driver is enjoying it.
