I adore how this game really plays into the unreliable narrator vibe, even going as far as to change the narration or even the plot on subsequent playthroughs, as if Silas is telling the story to different people or in difference stages of drunkenness.
I've seen the levels change during missions, but you're saying replay the whole thing again, it's slightly different in places? Wow, that's fantastic.

Yep. He even says stuff like "As I told you before..." and "Weren't you paying attention last time..?" Seems like an insane amount of random dialogue recorded that many likely never heard.
