    The big takeaway here = Congress needs to act ASAP. The economy clearly needs more stimulus. The Fed and Treasury are calling for Congress to act Fed would also like the lending facilities extended.

    This is interesting. Treasury Secretary Mnuchin wants the Federal Reserve $$ back in order to do more direct aid to small biz, etc. (Fed can only make loans) Basically he’s saying he thinks this $$ might be best chance for stimulus by end of year.
